I offer psychotherapy and counselling
to adults and adolescents relevant to the following problems
and related conditions.
Work, and School Related Problems
Stress and anger management,
decision making and problem solving skills, assertiveness and
self-esteem.
Transition related Difficulties
Exploring, understanding and
working on resolving difficulties related to the demands of life
transitions and life in general.
Personal Unhappiness
Fostering growth through bereavement
and coping with issues of relevance to children of alcoholics
and dysfunctional families.
Academic Background
My academic background consists in a
B.A in Counselling, a license in School and Career Counselling,
a masters in Experimental Psychology and a doctorate in Developmental
Psychology. I obtained the latter in 1987 at Laval University
in Québec city.
Health Plans
Psychological services are partially
or entirely covered by various health plans such as those provided
by the Public Service, Health Care Plan, Great West Life, Confederation
Life and Sun Life among others.
